Rewardbooster is committed to ensuring that our online platform and all associated digital content are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to recognised international accessibility standards to the greatest extent possible. Standards We Follow
Rewardbooster strives to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and represent the internationally accepted standard for web accessibility. Our efforts are guided by the four core principles:

Accessibility Features
We have implemented and continue to develop the following accessibility features across our platform:
Visual Accessibility
Our platform maintains a minimum contrast ratio of 7:1 for all text and functional elements against their backgrounds. Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality. We avoid using colour as the sole means of conveying information. All images and visual content that carry meaning include descriptive alternative text.
Keyboard and Navigation Accessibility
All interactive elements, including course navigation, lesson controls, forms, and buttons, are accessible via keyboard alone. Focus indicators are clearly visible throughout the interface. The page structure uses logical heading hierarchies to support screen reader navigation. Skip-to-content links are provided to allow users to bypass repetitive navigation.
Multimedia Accessibility
Video content published on our platform is accompanied by captions where available. We are working to provide transcripts for all audio and video learning materials. Audio descriptions are being developed for video content that conveys information visually without spoken narration.
Forms and Interactive Content
All form fields include clearly associated labels. Error messages are descriptive and guide users toward correction. Required fields are identified both visually and programmatically. Interactive course elements are designed to be operable without time constraints where possible.
Assistive Technology Compatibility
Our platform is designed to work with commonly used assistive technologies, including screen readers, screen magnification software, and speech recognition tools. We use semantic HTML and ARIA attributes where appropriate to enhance compatibility.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility compliance, some areas of our platform may not yet meet all WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria. Known limitations include:
Certain third-party embedded tools or interactive learning widgets may not fully conform to accessibility standards, as these are provided by external vendors. We are actively working with those vendors to improve compliance. Some older course materials may contain legacy content that has not yet been updated to current accessibility standards. We are systematically reviewing and updating this content.
We are committed to resolving these limitations as part of our ongoing accessibility roadmap.
